Tomato sauce for pizza base

I do not like using passata for pizza base, so i decided to make my own sauce.

Easy to make pizza dough

I have been looking for an easy pizza dough recipe for a long time, and i finally found it! It can be made with plain flour,  strong bread flour, even wholemeal seeded mix.

Ingredients for 2x25 cm pizzas: 200ml cold water, 300g flour, 3.5g fast action dried yeast, 1tsp salt.
