If you go to Barcelona, please visit the market on Rambla street. You will love it! It is heaven for any cook. And I'll show you why.

Truffle oil, olive oil, everything one could wish for.


Pukka Yellow Chicken Curry

Ingredients: 2 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 200 ml chicken stock, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 2 teaspoons curry powder, 6 chicken thighs, olive oil, 1 can coconut milk.

Chop the garlic and onions. Cut the chicken in cubes. Fry them in a pan with the onions and garlic.


In another pan, fry the turmeric and curry powder for a few min.


Add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil.



Pour the mixture on top of the chicken.


Add the chicken stock.


Boil for 45 min on low heat.



Potatoes and mushrooms cream soup

Ingredients: 500 g potatoes, 100 g dried mushrooms, 100 g crème fraiche, salt and pepper.

Peel and cut the potatoes. Pour enough water to cover the potatoes.


Add some dried mushroom. When the potatoes are soft, bled everything.


Season with salt and pepper. Add the crème fraiche.




Truffle oil pasta

Ingredients: 200 g pasta, 2 tsp white truffle oil, 100 g grated Cheddar, 1 black truffle.

Boil the pasta.
Grate the cheese.



Drain the pasta.


Add the cheese and olive oil. Season.


Serve with fresh gated truffle on top.
