Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 carrots, 4 celery stalks, 1 potato, 300 g green beans, left overs duck gravy. You can also use chicken or beef stock.
Cook all the vegetables in hot oil until they are softened. Cover with water and boil for 20-25 min, then add the chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
Blend the mixture and don't forget to taste and season.
Serve with a little bit of butter and croutons made out of dried bread.
