Raspberry gluten free muffins

Ingredients: 250 g raspberries, 2 cups gluten free self raising flour, 1 egg, half a cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of skimmed milk, half a cup oil.

Preheat the oven at 190° C.
Put the raspberries in a bowl. 


Add the rest of the ingredients.


Mix everything together.


Prepare a muffin tray. Oil the papers. Add the mixture to the forms.


Bake for 20 - 25 min.
