Truffle oil pasta

Ingredients: 200 g pasta, 2 tsp white truffle oil, 100 g grated Cheddar, 1 black truffle.

Boil the pasta.
Grate the cheese.



Drain the pasta.


Add the cheese and olive oil. Season.


Serve with fresh gated truffle on top.
