If you are looking for a refreshing treat, low on sugar, make these amazing lollies!
Ingredients: 1 can sliced pineapple, 1 can light coconut milk, 5 tbsp honey, 1 lemon.
Drain the pineapple. Put it in a blender.
Add the coconut milk, honey and the juice from the lemon.
Blend everything until smooth. Pour in popsicles moulds and freeze.
