Take advantage of the summer fruits!! Easy to make and no baking.

Ingredients: 500 g strawberries, 10 lady fingers, 200 ml whipping cream, 250 ml mascarpone, 3 egg yolks, 80 g sugar, juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp Marsala wine.
Cut the strawberries into slices. Pour over the lemon juice and Marsalla. Set aside to rest.

Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a pan.

Heat over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Stir all the time, so that the egg does not scramble. Set aside to cool.

When the egg mix has cooled down, incorporate the mascarpone. Whip the cream and incorporate the egg and mascarpone mix into it.

Puree half of the strawberries.

In a triffle glass, pour some of the puree at the bottom. Then arrange a layer of lady fingers.

Pour over some of the cream mix.
Then repeat with another layer of puree, lady fingers and cream.

Last layer should be a layer of the saved sliced strawberries.
