Ingredients: 250 g flour (i used gluten free), 200 g sugar, 100 g cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 100 ml milk, 50 ml oil, 100 ml coffee.
Pre-heat the oven at 170 C.
Whisk the eggs for 3 min.

Measure the milk, coffee and oil and pour the mix into the eggs. Whisk for 3 min.

Measure all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add them to the liquids. Whisk until incorporated.

Pour the mix into a greased cake tin.
