Ingredients: 1 onion, 500 g minced meat, 2 carrots, 100 g rice, 30 vine leafs, 200 g gammon, 1 can chopped tomatoes.
Cut the onion finely.
Grate the carrots.
Mix the meat with the vegetables and the rice. Season.
Wrap some of the mix into a leaf and wrap it.
Arrange them in a pot, alternating a layer of wraps with a layer of gammon.
Add the chopped tomatoes and boil for 1.5 - 2 hours.
