Apple and cinnamon gluten free muffins

Ingredients: 2 cups of gluten free self raising flour, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, half a cup brown sugar, 1 cup skimmed milk, half a cup vegetable oil, 1 egg, 3 apples - peeled and grated.

Peel the apples and grate them.


Add the egg, flour, cinnamon, sugar. Add the milk and oil and mix well.


Preheat the oven at 190° C. Prepare a muffin tray with oiled paper. Put the mixture into the forms.



Bake for 20 - 25 min, until golden on top. You can serve them with warm honey.
