Banana split cheesecake

Something light and delicious!!


Ingredients: 100g butter, 280g flour, 1tbsp sugar, 2 bananas, 400g soft cheese, 150g sugar

Melt the butter and 1 tbsp of sugar.


Add the flour and mix until you get a rough dough.


Sit the pastry in a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 deg until golden.


Cut the bananas into slices and arrange them on top of the pastry.


Mix the soft cheese and sugar.



Pour the cheese mix on top of the bananas and smooth the top.
 

Chill for an hour before serving.
