Chocolate marshmallow fingers

Lovely treat for the kids: sugar, honey... and some marshmallows...




Ingredients: 400g digestive biscuits, 150g plain chocolate, 250g butter, 200g sugar, 2tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp honey, 2 giant marshmallows, 50g white chocolate chips.


Crush the biscuits into smaller pieces. 



Add the butter, chocolate, sugar, cocoa and honey in a sauce pan and heat gently. 



Continue to stir in until everything has melted.


Pour the mix on top of the biscuits.


Mix well. Then add the marshmallows (cut them into smaller pieces) and the chocolate chips.



Pour the mixture into a baking tin, and smooth the top. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, and cut into fingers before serving.
