Prawns with rice noodles and harissa paste
Ingredients: 200 g prawns, 2 tbsp harissa paste, 2 handfuls rice noodles, fresh parsley.
Heat a wok. Add some oil and the harissa paste. Pour 2 tbsp of water and cook for 2 - 3 min.
Soak the rice noodles in hot water.
Add the prawns to the wok.
Cook on high heat until they are covered in paste.
Add the rice noodles.
Cook for 5 - 7 min. Add the parsley.
