Ingredients: 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 500 g minced beef, half of cup breadcrumbs (or gluten free breadcrumbs), 1 egg, chips to serve, salt, pepper.
Preheat the grill oven at 180 C.
Chop the onion and cook it in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil until softened.
Put the meat, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the crushed garlic.
And the breadcrumbs and the egg.
Mix everything with your hands until it turns into a paste. Form the burgers and put them on the grill.
Do not forget to put a tray under them on the oven to collect the juices.
Serve with chips, cheese and/or pickles.
