If you fancy something sweet, but don't have too much time or energy, I recommend you try this low fat dessert.
Ingredients: 250 g frozen fruits, 250 g Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp honey, vanilla essence.
Put the frozen fruits into a pan and heat until they de-frost (about 5-10 min).
In the meantime, mix the Greek yoghurt with the honey and vanilla essence.
When the fruits are soft, arrange one layer of yoghurt with a layer and fruits and so on, finishing with a layer of fruits.
Ready to serve!!!!!!
