Ingredients: 1 butternut squash, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 thyme spring, 1 chilli.
Preheat the oven at 180° C.
Peel the butternut squash. Cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces.

Grind the chilli and seeds.
Pour some oil in.
Rub the mix on the butternut.
Bake in the oven for 35 min.
