Garlic, bacon and blue cheese gnochi

Ingredients: 4 stripes of smocked bacon, 4 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 100 g creamy blue cheese, 400 g gnocchi, 2 handfuls of spinach.

Cut the bacon into small stripes.
  
 
Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.

 
When the onion has softened, add the bacon and the garlic and fry until golden.
 
 
Boil some water and cook the gnocchi as per package.
 
 
Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 5 - 7 min.
 
 
When the spinach is softened, add the blue cheese.
 
 
Cook until the cheese melts and add the gnocchi. Cook for a few min, just to make sure the gnocchi are covered with sauce.
