Super cheat: chicken and rice noodles

Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast per person, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, rice noodles.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Put the chicken breasts in an oven dish, season them and bake them in the oven for 30 min. You can prepare the chicken the day before and keep it in the fridge.
 
 
In a pan, pour 2 tbsp of oil and fry the chopped peppers. When the peppers have cooked, add the chopped chicken and the juices from the oven dish and cook for 7 - 10 min.
 
 
Serve with rice noodles.
