Cheese and ham bread



 
Ingredients: 400 g flour, 50 g butter, 3 egg yolks, 150 ml milk, 7 g dried yeast, 200 d cheese, 200 g ham, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp salt.
 

 

Mix the flour, yeast, egg yolks and melted butter. Add the warm milk.
 
 
Mix everything into a dough and rest it in a warm place.
 

After an hour, roll the pastry in a rectangle. Spread it with butter.
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
 
 
Put the cheese and ham on one end.
 
 
 
Start rolling out the dough.
 
 
Add more cheese after a complete roll.
 
 
Roll it until the end.
 
 
Shape the bread into a semicircle.
 
 
Cut it around with a knife, until you reach the cheese.
 
 
 
Mix the egg yolk with the milk and rub it all over the bread.
 
 
 
Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 min, until golden brown.
