Chicken wraped in bacon with sour cream and rosemary

Try this delicious chicken, packed with flavour!






Ingredients: 6 pieces of chicken breast, 6 slices of bacon, 500 ml sour cream, 2 rosemary sprigs, salt and pepper, 5 garlic cloves.

Pre-heat the oven at 170 C.
Wrap the chicken breasts in the bacon. Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp of oil. add the chicken when it is sizzling.


Fry them until golden brown  all around.

 
Remove them from the pan into an oven dish and set aside.
Chop the garlic and fry it in the same pan. Scrape the pan so you get all the brown bits from the chicken.
 

After a few minutes, add the sour cream and rosemary sprigs. Season with salt and pepper.


 
Bring to a boil. Then pour it on thop of the chicken.
 

Bake in the oven for 35 min. Remove the rosemary sprigs before serving.
