Bread stuffed with steak, mushrooms, bacon, gravy and cheese

This is a recipe everyone should try!!!
 
 


Ingredients: 2 steaks, 200 g mushrooms, 3 garlic cloves, 100 g bacon, 1 round bread (you can use gluten free as well), 3 cheese slices, 200 ml thick gravy.
 
Pre-heat the oven at 170 C.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add the steaks into the sizzling oil. Fry them 4 min on each side, on a high heat.
 
 
In the meantime, chop the mushrooms, bacon and garlic.
 
 
Cut the top of the bread and scoop out the middle. 
 
 
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

 
 
In the same pan, fry the muchrooms, bacon and garlic.
 

 After 7 - 8 min,  add the gravy into the pan and cook for 10 min, until thickened.
 
 
Cut the steak into cubes. 
 
 
Put the mushroom mix and the steaks intot he bread. Pour all the sauce in as well.
 
 
Put the cheese slices on top.
 
 
Add the top of the bread and cofer in foil.
 
 
Bake in the oven for 40 min. Rest for 10 min before cutting it.
