Spring onion and cheese flat bread


Simply delicious flat breads... Can also be made gluten free.
 
 
Ingredients: 525 g flour, 300 ml milk, 7 g dry yeast, 70 ml oil, 1 egg, 500 g cheese, 4 spoing onions, salt.
 
Heat the milk. Mix the flour, yeast, egg, milk and oil. Add a pinc of salt.
 
 
Knead until well combined.
 
 
Cover and let rise for 45 min in a warm place.
Grate the cheese and chop the spring onions. Mix them together.
 
 
Roll the dough on a floured surface.
 
 
Add a handful of the cheese mix.
 
 
Wrap the dough around the filling. then roll it again on both sides.
 
 
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and fry the bread for about 10 min on each side.
