Blueberry and cream ice cream

Are you worried about all the sugar added to the ice creams on the market? Make your own very easy!
 
 
Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp granulated sugar.
 
Pre-heat the oven at 180 C.
Mix the blueberries amd brown sugar in an oven dish. Bake in the oven for 20 min or until bubbling.
 

 
In a small pan, combine the heavy cream witht he sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves. 
 
 
When everything is cooled down, mix the blueberries in the heavy cream, pour in ice cream moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
