Apple cake

Easy to make, simply delicious apple cake!




Ingredients: 3 apples, 225 g butter, 225 g sugar, 3 eggs, 225 g flour (or gluten free flour), 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Pre-heat the oven at 170 C.
Cream the butter and sugar.


Add the eggs one at a time.


Add the flour and baking powder.


Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Pour the lemon juice on top.

 
Mix the apples in the batter. Grease a cake tin and pour the mix.


 Bake in the oven for about an hour.



Serve with whipped cream or on it's own.
