Pasta and minced meat tomato sauce

This is my version of pasta bolognese. 
Ingredients: beef minced meat, half an onion - chopped, 3 garlic cloves -chopped, half a red pepper - chopped, one small celery stack - chopped, thyme, tomato sauce, mushrooms, chicken stock.
Fry the onion, celery, pepper and garlic until soften. Add the thyme and minced meat.


When the meat is golden, add the mushrooms, tomato sauce and chicken stock.
Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package.
Boil everything for 10-15 min. Season.


Add the pasta and fry everything together for a few min.


Serve warm with some hard cheese grated on top.
