Potato and mushroom pie

Ingredients: 500 g potatoes - thinly sliced, 150 g mushrooms, 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, 4 tbsp spring onions, 100 g smoked sausage, 2 garlic cloves - chopped, 150 ml double cream.



Boil the potatoes for 10 min until softened. Preheat the oven at 190 ° C.

Grease an oven-proof dish with butter. Layer half of the potatoes on the bottom of the dish. Add the mushrooms, sausage, rosemary, garlic and spring onions. Season. Add the rest of the potatoes on top.
Add some sea salt.


Pour the cream on top of the potatoes.


Bake in the oven for 45 min, until the pie is golden brown. Serve hot.
