Simple and quick bread

I have been talking about home-made bread for a few days now, so I figured it is time to post the actual recipe. My grandmother, God rest her soul, used to make this for us when we were young.
It is the most simple recipe possible, I never measured any ingredients.
Ingredients: flour, water, salt, mixed seeds and herbs - optional.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add some salt and the seeds/herbs if you wish. Start adding a little water at a time, until the dough does not stick to the side of the bowl.


Split the dough into smaller sizes, and press them down until they are 1 cm high.


Heat a pan without oil, until it is very hot. Fry the little breads on each side, turning them around every couple of min so that they would not burn. Fry them for 15-20 min in total.
