Cheat chocolate tart

This version of the recipe is two - thirds less fat then the original one.

Ingredients: 140 g flour, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp oil, 1 medium egg yolk. For the filling: 100 g dark chocolate, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 2 medium egg whites, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 85 g fat free crème fraiche.

Preheat the oven at 190° C.
Put the flour in a bowl and remove 2 tbsp. The cocoa will replace it later. Add the butter and mix until it gets to a sandy consistency.

Add the cocoa and sugar.

Add the egg yolk.

Mix everything together. Add some water until it gets to the consistency of a dough. Roll the dough and put it into a tart pan.

Cover it with baking paper and put baking beans on top. Let it rest for 10 min before putting it in the
oven for 15 min. Then remove the beans and bake for another 10 min.

Melt the chocolate in a pan. Add the vanilla essence. Set aside to cool.

Whisk the egg whites until forming peaks.

Add the sugar, and whisk again until smooth and shiny.

Add the crème fraiche to the chocolate.

Add the chocolate in the egg whites.

When the base is cooled, add the crème on it.

Keep it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Serve with a spoon of crème fraiche on top.
