Savoury pancakes stuffed with cheese, ham and mushrooms

Super delicious and easy to make.
 
 
Ingredients: 8 gluten free or normal flour pancakes, 10 slices of cheese, 10 slices of ham, 400 g mushrooms, salt, pepper.

Prepare the pankaces as usual, without the sugar. Add a pinch of salt to the mix.
Chop the mushrooms and fry them in the pan until softened. Season.

 
Heat a pan with a little oil. Arrange cheese, ham and mushrooms on a pancake and top with another pancake. Or you could roll them as a wrap if they are big enough.
 

 
Transfer the 2 pancakes in the pan and heat until the cheese is melted. You can flip them over as well if you feel confident they will not fall apart and loose the filling.
