Red fruits oats crumble

Low on sugar, perfect for breakfast!
 
 
Ingredients: 300 g frozen summer fruits, 150 g oat, 150 g flour, 50 g grounded almonds, 50 g sugar, 100 g butter, 60 g honey, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt.
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Mix the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and almonds.
 
 
Add the melted butter and honey.
 

 
Mix everything into a sandy dough. Spread half of it into a tray. press it down with a tablespoon. 
 
 
Add the and crumble the rest of the dough on top.
 
 
Bake for 20 min, or until golden brown. Cool down before cutting it.
