Foccacia with tomatoes, cheese and ham

Low budget dinner, you surely have all of the ingredients in the pantry.
 
 

Ingredients: 500 g flour, 25 g yeast, 50 g olive oil, oregano, salt, 2 tomatoes, 4 tbsp olive oil, cheese, ham.
 Prepare the dough. Mix the flour, yeast and olive oil. Add some warm water, until you get a smooth douh.
 
 
Roll the dough and move it into a greased tin. Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 25 min.
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Sprinkle with olive oil, oregano and salt.
 
 
Slice the tomatoes, cheese and ham. Arrange everything on top of the dough.
Bake in the oven for 30 min, or until golden brown.
 
 
Serve with beans salad or fresh greens.
