Black and white "brownie"

 I know, it cannot be called a brownie if it has white chocolate in. However, must try!!!!
 
Ingredients: 150 g dark chocolate, 150 g butter, 100 g sugar, 4 eggs, 70 g flour (I used gluten free flour), 100 g white chocolate, 150 g mascarpone
 
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Melt the darck chocolate and butter in a pan.
 
 
Melt the white chocolate in another pan.
 
 
Whisk 3 eggs with the sugar. The 4th egg we will use later.
 
 
 Add the flour.
 
 
Whisk until incorporated.
 
 
Pour the melted dark chocolate mix.
 
 
Add the mascarpone to the melted white chocolate.
 
 
Add the last egg and mix until well combined.
 
 
 
Grease an oven dish. Pour half of the darck chocolate mix.
 
Scatter the white mix in the dish.
 
Pour the rest of the darck chocolate mix.
 
 
 Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 min.
