Stuffed crust homemade american sizzler pizza

Who doesn't love a meaty pizza??! Beef, bacon, jalapenos, stuffed crust and a very thin base.

To be fair, I have not measured anything in this recipe. I rarely do. :). But will figure something out.

Ingredients: 400 g minced meat, 5 garlic cloves, 1 can tomato sauce or enchilada, chilli con carne sauce, 300 g flour, 1 egg, pinch of salt, 150 - 200 ml water, 10 - 15 slices of cheese, jalapenos - to taste :), 8 slices of bacon.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Brown the meat in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.

Add the garlic.

Pour the sauce on top and cook for 15 -20 min. Add some water if it is getting too thick. It should be as thick as double cream.

In the meantime, put the flour in a bowl. Add the salt and egg. Start kneading, adding a little bit of water ar a time.

The dough should look like this.

Roll it out on a floured surface. Move the dough on the baking tray.

Arrange the cheese slices on the sides. Make sure you leave enough dough to go on top.

Wrap the cheese in the dough. Add the meat sauce on the base. Then the bacon, jalapenos and any cheese you have left.

Bake in the oven for 20 -25 min, until golden brown.

Allow to rest before you cut into it. If you can!
