Chocolate mousse

Something refreshing for a warm day.
 
                                          
 


Ingredients: 85 g dark chocolate, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 medium egg whites, 1 tbsp caster sugar, 50 g fat free Greek yoghurt, fresh raspberries to decorate.

Beak the chocolate into pieces and put it in a pan on low heat.


Melt the chocolate, add the cocoa powder and vanilla essence.


Once is melted, add 2 tbsp of water and let it cool.
Add the yoghurt.


Whisk the egg whites, add the sugar and finish whisking until thick and glossy.
Fold the chocolate into the egg whites.



Pour it in small bowls.


Decorate with raspberries.


 

Keep it in the fridge until serving.
