Home-made chocolate truffles

Everybody loves chocolate! No added sugar though.

                                      


These truffles are going to be in my weekly menu from now on. Shhhhhh, don't say anything!

Ingredients: 200 g low fat creme cheese, 500 g dark chocolate, essence: vanilla, rum or orange, cocoa or hundreds and thousands to dust.

Put the creme cheese in a bowl and mix it with a spoon.

                                      


Melt the chocolate and let it cool for 5 min.


Pour the chocolate in the creme cheese. Add the essence.


Mix everything together. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.


After 2 hours, start forming small chocolate balls.


After you shaped them, you can roll them in hundreds and thousands or cocoa.
