Cinnamon biscuit

These are a really good accompaniment to the cinnamon ice cream. Or just serve them next to the morning coffee.

Ingredients: 300 g flour, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 125 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 egg - beaten.

Set the oven at 160° C.

Mix the flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, sugar and egg and whisk well.



Add the butter mixture to the flour.


Mix into a firm dough.


Lift on to a lightly floured board, knead until smooth. Roll to 5 mm thickness. Cut into shapes and place on a greased oven tray.


Bake in the oven for 10-15 min, until golden.
