Mushroom stew

Ingredients: 1 kg mushrooms - roughly chopped, 1 onion -chopped, 5 garlic cloves - chopped, salt, pepper, thyme

Chop the onion and garlic.


Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
In the mean time, chop the mushrooms. You can use the "legs" as well.


Add the mushrooms to the pan.


Season with salt and pepper. Add the thyme. Cover and let it cook until the liquid from the mushrooms is reduced.
