Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients: 300 g flour, 200 ml water, 1 tsp dried yeast, 1 tsp salt. For the filling: 50 g butter, 125 g brown sugar, 2 tbsp ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp raisins.

Put the flour in bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the yeast. Pour 100 ml of water over the yeast and let it rest for 15 min. 
Add the rest of the water and salt and knead for 10 min. Put back in the bowl and let it rest for 1 - 2 hours.


In the mean time, mix the sugar, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl.


Preheat the oven at 200° C.
Melt the butter and let it cool down.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Brush the melted butter on it.


Put the cinnamon mix on the dough and roll into a roulade. Put it in the fridge for 10 min, it will be easier to cut. Cut it in slices, as you like.
Let it rest for 1 hour.


Bake in the oven for 30 min, or until golden brow.
