Crème brûlée - low fat version

I know that this delicious dessert is a killer - calories wise, but back in my country, we use to make it with just skimmed milk. Still delicious and not so high on fats.

Ingredients: 500 ml skimmed milk, 4 eggs, vanilla essence, 40 g brown sugar, 60 g cane sugar.

Preheat the oven at 160° C.
Whisk the eggs with the 60 g cane sugar, until they start to get white.



Pour in the milk and the vanilla essence. Whisk very well until mixed completely.


Put the oven proof dish on the stove and caramelise the brown sugar.


Pour the mixture on top. Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 min until golden on top. Let it cool in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
