Pork stir-fry with broccoli and asparagus

Ingredients: 1 pork fillet, 1 broccoli, bunch of asparagus, Chinese 5 spices, soy sauce, rice wine, 1 tbsp plain flour, bunch of chives, 3 garlic cloves - chopped, pepper.

Put the flour, Chinese 5 spices and soy sauce in a bowl.


Clean the tough skin off the fillet. 


Cut it in stripes along the fibers.


Rub the meat with the spice mix and leave it to marinate for 20- 30 min.


In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Cut the asparagus in half.


Separate the broccoli on small bunches.


Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add some salt and the vegetables. Remove from the heat. Cover and leave for 2 - 3 min.


Heat the wok with some oil. When the oil is really hot, add the meat and let it fry for 1 - 2 min.



Stir from time to time, until the meat is turning brown and is almost cooked.


Chop the garlic and chives.


Add the garlic and chives to the wok.


Add the other greens as well.



Season.
