Berry slump

Ingredients: 100 g soft butter, 100 g sugar, 100 g flour (or gluten free flour + 1 tsp xanthan gum), 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp milk, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 600 g frozen berries

Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Mix the butter, sugar, flour (and xanthan gum if you use gluten free flour), baking powder, eggs, milk and one tsp of the vanilla extract until smooth.


Grease an oven dish with butter.


Pour the frozen berries into the dish and add the rest of the vanilla extract.


Add the flour mix on top and level it all around.


Bake in the oven for 45 min.


Serve it warm with ice cream or custard.
