Marinated chicken curry

Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp garam marsala, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 4 tbsp yoghurt, 1 red chilli, 1 green chili, 1 onion, 1 can of chopped tomatoes.

Dry fry the spices.


Mix the spices with 1 tbsp of oil and crushed garlic.


Add the yogurt and mix.


Rub the chicken with the sauce and let it marinate for at least one hour.


Chop the chili and the onion.


Fry them in the same pan you used for the spices, adding a little oil.



Add the tomato sauce and cook on a medium heat until reduced.


After an hour, grill the chicken.


You can serve the chicken with the sauce on the side or add it into the sauce and simmer for 10 more min.
