Lasagne

Ingredients: 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 600 g minced meat, 2 cans chopped tomatoes, 200 ml red wine, 2 bay leaves, thyme, salt, pepper, 6 lasagne sheets (or gluten free lasagne sheets), 1.2 l milk, 50 g corn flour, 100 g grated cheese.

Chop the onion and the garlic and fry them in a large pan until soften.


Add the meat. Try to break it down as much as possible.


Add the thyme and bay leaves.


Pour in the tomatoes and the wine.


Add 200 ml water and cook on a low heat for an hour.


Mix the corn flour with 5 tbsp milk.


Bring the rest of the milk to boil and pour in the corn flour mix. Cook on a low heat until it becomes creamy.


Boil some water and add the lasagne sheets. Cook them for 5 min.


Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Prepare an oven dish. Pour a ladle of the meat sauce on the bottom of the dish. Then some of the white sauce.


Then add one layer of lasagne sheets.
Continue with another layer of meat sauce, white sauce and lasagne.
Finish with lasagne sheets, white sauce and grated cheese.




Bake in the oven for 45 min.
