Green salad with smocked mackerel


Ingredients: 2 handfuls mixed green salad, 1 mozzarella ball, 10 sun dried tomatoes, 1 smocked mackerel, salt, pepper, 1 lemon, half of slice of bread.

Toast the bread until it is very dry.
Pour the salad into a bowl.


Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add it to the salad.
Cut the dried tomatoes and add them as well.


De-bone the fish and add it to the salad.


Finally, cut the dried bread into small cubes and add it to the salad.


Season. Squeeze the lemon juice. Add a tsp of olive oil.
