Cherry cake

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 6 tbsp sugar, 6 tbsp flour (or gluten free flour), 250 g cherries, 2 tsp vanilla essence.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Whisk the eggs until they get thick and add the cocoa, vanilla, sugar and flour.



Grease the cake tin and dust it with flour. Pour the mix into the tin and bake for 35 min.
Take the pits out of the cherries. Boil in water and sugar until softened.


Cut the cake in 2 slices. Add the cherries in the middle and dust with cane sugar.
