Biscuit roulade with cocoa and marshmallows

Ingredients: 1 large packet of digestive biscuits (simple ones, no filling), 2 handfuls of marshmallows, 3 tbsp of cocoa, milk or water.

Crush the biscuits by hand in a large bowl. Don't worry, they dont have to be perfectly chopped.


Add the marshmallows.


And the cocoa.


Start mixing, adding some liquid, enough to turn the mix into a dry paste.


Press the paste in bread tins or roll it on foil into a roulade. Keep it in the dridge over night.
