Rabbit stew with beer

 
Ingredients: 1 rabbit, 3 tbsp flour, 2 onions, 4 celery stalks, 3 carrots, thyme, 600 ml beer, salt, pepper.

Preheat the oven at 160 C.
Carve the rabbit in 6 pieces.
 
 
Season them and put them in a bag with the flour. Shake well until they are completely coated. Fry them in hot oil, sealing on all sides.

 
Remove them from the pan into a bowl.

 
Roughly chop the vegetables and fry them in the same pan as the rabbit.

 
Pour the beer into the pan and boil for a few min before adding the rabbit.

 
Add the rabbit an simmer for a few min, then pour everything into an oven dish. Bake in the oven for 30 min, until the sauce has reduced and the vegetables are cooked.
