Lighter version of creme broulee

 
Ingredients: 1 l semi-skimmed milk, 5 eggs, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla essence.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Prepare the eggs to be whisked in a large bowl.

 

Add the vanilla essence and sugar.
 
  

Whisk everything together for 5 min.
 

Add the milk while you keep whisking.
 
 
Pour the mix into an oven dish.

 
Bake in the oven for 35 min. Cool down and keep in the fridge for an hour before serving.
