Simple chicken curry

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp garam marsala, 1 tsp tumeric, 1/2 tsp dried chili, 400 g chopped tomatoes.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and fry the spices for a few min. Cut the chicken in small pieces and add it to the pan.


Cook for 10 min on medium heat, stir every once in a while.


Add the tomatoes and cook on low heat until the sauce is reduced, for 15-30 min.


Serve with simple rice.
