Spanish chicken and rice one pot

Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast,1 red pepper, 50 g chorizo, 2 garlic cloves, 250 g basmati rice, 400 g can of chopped tomatoes, 500 ml chicken stock, salt, pepper.

Chop the chicken breasts in cubes. In a non-stick pan, fry the chicken until golden. Remove it from the pan into a bowl.
 
 
 
 
Chop the chorizo, garlic and pepper.



Fry the chorizo in the same pan as the chicken, then remove from the pan into a bowl.


Fry the pepper and garlic in the same pan.

 

Add the chicken, chorizo, chicken stock and tomatoes into the pan. Add the rice as well.


Boil until the rice is cooked.
